1- HABEAS CORPUS PROCEEDINGS. d , In the habeas corpus proceedings e before Judge Brandon yesterday – Sam Bush and Joe Morgan, who were t held without bail, charged with the – murder of Len Morse, a colored man, – the killing occurring at Lock Six- teen during the Christmas holidays, – both men were allowed bail, the bond y of the former being fixed at $500 and e the latter at $2000.
