Edgar Moses today awaited the Jury’s verdict in the trial for his life In connection with the killing of Lillie Cobb negro when a robed end hooded band Is alleged to have entered her home In April, 1926. The Jury took the case at 4:80 pm yesterday and retired for the night after failing to reach an agreement four hours later.
