Tuscaloosa Estate Records (Minors) Craig, Isiaac, Mary, Edna, Rosa, Lizzie, and Savannah. 1920. The State of Alabama, Tuscaloosa County. Know all men by these presents, that we Alice Penny M.M. Garland and H.B. McKenzie of the County and State aforesaid, are held and firmly bound unto MM Brandon Judge of the Court of Probate for said County, and his successors in office, in the penal sum of Three Hundred Seventy Six Dollars, for which payment, well and truly to be made and done, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals, and dated this 9 day of August 1920. The Condition of the Above Obligation is such that whereas, the above bound Alice Penny had been appointed Guardian in the Estate of Isiaac Craig, Mary Craig, Edna Craig, Rosa Craig, Lizzie Craig, Savannah Craig consisting of One Hundred Eighty Eight $188.00 cash and deposit at 1st National Bank of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Now, if the said Alice Penny shall well and truly perform all the duties which are or may be by law required of her as such Guardian then the above obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force. Taken, approvedd, and ordered to be recorded this 9th day of August A.D. 1920. [Signatures] Judge of Probate.
