Transcript: | – Jim Seams, the murderer of Mr. J. M. Autrey, was arraigned in Court yesterday. Judge Sprott appointed W. C. Fitts to defend him, assisted by Gen. S. A. M. Wood. He entered a plea of not guilty, and Thursday of next week was set for his trial. The Judge drew thirty jurors from the jury box, for his trial, viz : J. M. Hendricks, A. Deason, J. S. Ramsey, G. W. Boles, Walker Smith, J. W. Gamon, B. F. Beal, Thos. Esby. J. W. Falls, J. S. McGee, B. A. Utley, J. F. Prewett, Geo. Christian, Wm. Clements, D. E. Kyser, M. C. Crossland, J. M. Christian, A. L.
