Killed Negro School Teacher. Birmingham, Ala., Oct. 29.-A special from Tuscaloosa says: Burton Hyche, deputy sheriff and game warden of Tuskaloosa county, shot and killed a negro school teacher named Nathan Jackson, near the county bridge. Hyche arrested some negroes last week for fighting and he received word that he would be fixed the next time he was seen. Jackson met Hyche in the public road and started towards him when the deputy shot him twice, the first shot proving fatal.
