Emory Cobb, negro, material witness wanted by the state to prosecute the murder charge against Edgar Moses who is charged with the slaying of Cobb’s wife in an alleged Ku Klux Klan raid at Oneonta in 1926, has told Cleveland police that he is willing to return to Alabama.
