Transcript: | Judge W. S. Anderson, of the Circuit Court of Baldwin county has again declined to call a special term of that court to investigate the recent lynching of Reuben Sims, the negro at Little River. In a letter received yesterday from Judge Anderson by Governor Cunningham he says he will not call a special seesion of the court until he deems that course necessary. |
