Fate of Edgar Moses, on trial here on a charge of murder in connection with the killing of Liny Cobb, negro woman, during a raid by a masked and robed band on her home In April, 1926, was placed in the hands of the Jury late this afternoon. Meanwhile, the Blount county grand Jury has been called to convene Monday to again take up an Investigation of the Cobb case and county officials say more Indictments will be asked. Four others, In addition to Moses, already are under Indictment in the same affair. They are John Wade, reputed former Cyclops of the Oneonta Ku-Klux Klan; Byron Hurst, Enoch Evans and Jo Harris.
