Tuscaloosa Estate Records (Minors) Craig, Isiaac, Mary, Edna, Rosa, Lizzie, and Savannah. 1920. The State of Alabama. PROBATE COURT. County of Tuscaloosa. 9th day of August 1920 This day came Alice Penny and represents to the Court, that Isiaac Craig, Mary Craig, Edna Craig, Rosa Craig, Lizzie Craig, and Savannah Craig, are minors, have no father living or other legal guardian residing in this State are residents of this County and have an Estate in their own right, situated in this State, estimated to be worth about $188 Dollars, and prays the Court to grant her Letters of Guardianship of the Person and Estate of said minors and the Court being that said Alice Penny is competent and is a proper person to be Guardian of said minor–Whereupon, the said Alice Penny having given bond in the penal sum of Three Hundred Seventy Six Dollars with M.M. Harland and HB Mekergic as securities, which said Bond is hereby accepted and approved:- It is ordered by the Court that said Alice Penny and __ be, and hereby appointed Guardian of the Person and Estate of said minor.
