Transcript: | Mobile, Ala., April 6. – Walter Clayton, a negro, who was serving time at stockade of the Hand Lumber company for manslaughter, Saturday afternoon attacked Mrs. Joseph White, aged 20, and was lynched by a mob outside the limits of Bay Minette Saturday night. |
