Messrs. J. O. Hinkle, M. A. Kemp and A. J. Upton, of Craw ford, were here Wednesday to attend and testify in the trial of the negro now confined in the county jail charged with being an accessory to the murder of Constable E. T. Upton in Beat five several months ago. The trial was postponed until the second Monday in January.
